  3. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their IT systems and promptly reporting any issues. Clients must also grant necessary access to DigiBuddy technicians for troubleshooting and maintenance.

  4. Service Fees: Service fees are determined based on the scope of work and will be communicated to the client prior to commencement of service. Payment terms are outlined in the invoice provided.

  5. Service Level Agreement (SLA): DigiBuddy aims to provide timely and effective support. However, response and resolution times may vary depending on the nature of the issue and workload.

  6. Data Security: DigiBuddy will take reasonable measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of client data. However, clients are responsible for backing up their data regularly and acknowledging the inherent risks associated with IT systems.

  7. Limitation of Liability: DigiBuddy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

  8. Termination of Service: Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice. DigiBuddy reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in case of breach of terms or unlawful activities by the client.

  9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
